With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Christian Atkins has built a comprehensive background working alongside general contractors, developers, and architectural teams on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. His expertise spans the full construction lifecycle, including project coordination, site evaluation, construction oversight, development planning, tenant improvements, and buildout management.
In addition to his construction background, Christian brings over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, serving clients across multiple asset classes in both residential and commercial markets. His residential experience includes vacant land acquisition and analysis, single-family homes, condominiums, residential leasing, and extensive new construction sales experience.
